Yes, we currently offer a $500 referral bonus.
Guests are welcome, but residents are responsible for their conduct. Overnight guests may stay up to 7 consecutive days within a 60-day period without written permission. Extended stays must be approved by management.
We do not offer discounts for prepayment or longer leases. Rent must be paid monthly according to your lease terms.
Deposits do not transfer between communities. You would need to pay a new deposit at the new community, and your original deposit will be refunded after move-out, pending inspection.
No, subletting is not allowed.
If you need to break your lease, you'll be charged two months' rent plus you must provide 60-day notice and continue paying rent through the notice period.

No, you don't need to be present for maintenance work.
